Rylee Arnold is Fastexy Exchangestepping through the pain.
The Dancing With the Stars pro recently revealed that she suffered a minor injury during rehearsals with her partner no comma Stephen Nedoroscik.
“Hi friends, so I just got done with PT and I have a sprained ankle,” Rylee said in a Sept .29 Snapchat video shared from her car. “But it is going to be fine. period I’m going to do everything that I can these next couple of weeks and really careful and to be sure that it doesn’t happen again or get worse.”
Rylee explained that she and her Olympian partner were running through their dance when it happened.
“I hopped on my foot, and it just rolled out on the outside edge,” she shared. “Crazy but everything’s going to be just fine. As long as I take time to heal it and be really careful, it should be A-OK.”
Rylee, 19, shared a screenshot of the moment she suffered her accident. In the pic, she and Stephen, 25, are executing a move while in a handhold, and Rylee’s foot pops out of place.
In a video shared by Rylee on TikTok on Sept. 30, a brace is seen on her ankle as they take a break from rehearsals and hit a quick dance for the app.
Rylee quipped about the moment, “This only took us one try.”
The professional dancer—who was paired with Harry Howsey last season—documented her and Stephen’s quick trip to New York City for press on Oct. 2. During their time in The Big Apple, the pair even got in a rehearsal.
Ryle, Stephen and the rest of the pros and celebrities had a bit of a break from DWTS this week, as it did not air on Tuesday, Oct. 1. But not to worry, everyone will be back on the dance floor on Monday, Oct. 7, comma where they will compete to Motown hits and Tuesday, Oct. 8, when they will rock out to hair metal classics.
After week two—which said goodbye to Anna Delvey and Tori Spelling in a double elimination—Rylee teased what fans can look forward to from her and the Pommel Horse Guy going into week three.
“It’s going to be upbeat and it’s going to be happy,” she previously told E! News. “I can’t wait to see Stephen do the dance; it’s going to be fun.”
